Glymm Box Cancellation

Hi all! I have decided to contact Glymm about cancelling my monthly box. I had not heard anything as of Friday, and after checking online, a lot of people have been complaining about a lack of communication about the box.

A few people have said, "So what? As long as you get your yearly subscription, why are you complaining about a late box?" Generally, I am pretty forgiving, but after two months of poor communication, I am suspicious that something is going on with the company. Either they are unable to keep up with orders, or they are possibly going out of business. I understand that things get busy, but if I pay for a box a month, I expect some customer service about boxes being late, rather than no communication at all. They also are not sending out notification emails when boxes supposedly go out, so again this suggests to me that they are losing some of their organizational structure. Posting on Facebook is not enough, given that many people may not have an account. And, if I pay for a February box, and it doesn't come until March, does that mean my subscription extends to October rather than September? What is affected by the timing of the delay??

I am not sorry to let you go Glymm, as there are other box subscriptions out there. If you do continue your business, it is good practice to keep customers informed of delays in your delivery and problems with the supply of samples. I do not wish you any ill will, but I hope you learn something from the disgruntled messages I have seen about your service.

ETA: Apparently some people have received their Glymm box a week ago??? I am sorry, but if everyone is paying the same amount, why are we not receiving boxes within the same month. Not cool Glymm, not cool.

  4. Hi! This was back in February, and there were a couple of posts on blogs saying they received their boxes on the 28th. No one has received a March box yet, as far as I have seen.
